Let us put an eagle eye on your property!
Buying a new or pre-owned home is probably the single most important investment you will ever make. Although the process is exciting it can quickly become an overwhelming experience. So many decisions and so many questions about how to buy a house. The home you select is probably based on size, style, location, school district, distance to work and lifestyle.
In most real estate situations the realtor represents the seller. You get brief guided tours of the home from the realtor who always shows the most positive aspects of the home. Others may pressure you to purchase a particular home. As your professional licensed home Inspector, I will examine the structure and its systems in a completely unbiased manner. I want you to know what you are buying. I inspect the roof, foundation and load bearing walls, siding, windows, doors, railings, patios, porches, electrical system, plumbing system, air conditioning and heating system, water heater, appliances that are staying in the structure and more. This valuable information can save you costly surprises, reveal safety hazards and help you to understand how this particular structure operates. Remember that I am on your side in the home buying process.
You are invited and encouraged to participate in the inspection with me. Questions are always welcomed both during the inspection or afterwards. A written report will be sent to the client either by email, fax or hard copy, whichever method the client wishes.
We also inspect manufactured homes for our clients who need that service.
